Flood Damage Repair - Laundry, Hallway, and Doors - Insurance claim

We are looking for an experienced builder to repair flood damage to our laundry, hallway, and entrance. Our washing machine's drain hose broke, causing water to flood both rooms and damage the timber floorboards. The laundry door and front door are now misaligned and won't close properly due to the swollen wood. Floorboard damage is also present. We have already filed an insurance claim and are looking for a builder to complete the repairs and provide a quote for the insurance company. We are available to meet with builders at the property for a site inspection at your earliest convenience. We are located in Cass Bay (5 minutes from Lyttelton).
