New garden shed

HI- the old cedar garden shed in the back yard is rotting on one side. Also is too small anyhow. So we need a new garden shed. Install New Roller Door Opener Motor, to Garage door

Just purchased a roller door motor for our garage door, have run out of time to install over easter so looking for someone to do it for us. Its a reasonably standard but good quality motor and has all instructions and parts. The roller door recoil spring may need adjusting also? The motor hasa threepin plug so does not need to be wired. Will need someone with experience in roller doors.

The wall linings are brand new and plastered, all ready to be painted. Paints provided, so just looking at getting some online quotes for the labour.

Replace bargeboards

I have two bargeboards that needs replacing due to end-grain rot and weathering. The roof flashing and TV antenae bracket will need detaching and then re-attaching when boards are replaced. They will then also need a coat of paint (which I have) while the scaffolding(?) is in place. (I imagine scaffolding will be required as the roof line is fairly high in this area of the house.) See photo.

there's some rot at the bottom of the front of the house (a villa) which I would like to have repaired. It would need to be inspected to ascertain how much damage/how to fix....it may be a reasonably big job tho...not just a bit of rot in a couple of boards. Access would be from under the house, (there's about 4 feet of height)

Repair foundation wall

I have unit which has a hole approx 6ft x 3ft knocked in to the foundation wall (below ground level, the area was dug out). This was done by the previous owner with the intention of creating an accessway to the area below the unit. A window was also put in approx 3ft x 1ft. I am looking for someone to repair the wall and fill in the window. The walls are of concrete blocks.
