Resealing shower leak, replacing shower heads, and fixing Rinnai Gas Fireplace

One of our ensuite showers is leaking - see photo attached, where we've marked it with duct tape. We'd love to get this sealed so that it doesn't leak. Also, we would love to have someone replace the shower heads in the two bathroom showers. The shower fixes are the main priority. However, if you are also able, we need to fix the two Rinnai Gas Fireplaces in the house as well (photo attached). For one of them, the igniter seems to be broken (gas seems to still be coming out). For the other, the fireplace ignites, but after releasing the button, it does not stay and goes out.
