Sam did the assessment himself but job was done by two groups of people from his team - one for the carpentry and the other for water proofing and finishing. The carpentry work done was ok with acceptable accuracy. The water proof was done properly and the painters kept the working environment clean. He is knowledgeable to ensure waterproofing is done properly Minor leak Issues identified but Sam quick to get his guys to fix it.
