Assess and replace particle board flooring and repair to studs in two corners

We are replacing particle board flooring in a bedroom which was flooded about 15 years ago. and recent flooding. The studs and floorplates have some damage in two corners and will need repairing. There may be other repairs required too. The existing particle board goes underneath the floorplate so we need some advice/work to lay the new particle board adjacent to the floorplate. We are doing the work in stages so future work will also be required.
