Fix swollen floorboards in Peary road, Mount Eden

Our rental property has had a recent leak and the particle board in the bedroom and lounge has swollen and it is difficult to close the doors with this problem. The area affected is about 1-2m2 and covered with carpet. I think can fixed by replacing the old particle board with tanalised plywood. Would like this done before Christmas/New Year if possible
