Hang Picture Frames

We have x3 framed tee shirts that need hanging on a concrete wall. (Above the window, see picture) The frames are a little heavier than regular pictures and I imagine it will require a masonry drill for the wall? Looking for professional job so they are secure and not at risk of falling. Office hours are 8am-5pm Mon to Fri
