lawn leveling & moving shed

We need our back lawn area slightly leveled with minimal flattening and then grass laid. The area is about 85 square meters of lawn, no soil needs to be removed - some top soil may be required. Also we want to move our shed which is 4.2m by 3.2 - twisted 180 degress and moved 10 metres (its empty now and ready to move). Fine to do both jobs seperatly if you dont have to do the expertise to do one or the other
