Job description
Hi there We own a 2 bedroom unit in Otahuhu. We would like to break a wall between a lounge area and the kitchen, to open the house up more. We needed someone to visit and let us know the possibilities and what options we have to improve the overall space, as well as difficulty/costs involved by going with each option. We would like to get this project started and finished as soon as possible as the house will be up for sale soon. There may need to be some electrical work done, as there are some power-points in the section of wall that needs to be taken out. This is up for negotiation. We have attached photos of the project. He's a friendly guy, easy to deal with. Work was done relatively well, although could have paid a little more attention to the finish. The only other major improvement would be that while working, he could have kept a much cleaner work area, to not mess up/damage surrounding areas. At the time, we weren't sure to criticise, but after he had left, another professional came to do some work and comparing the cleanliness made it very apparent that this was lacking. Overall, good job though.
