Front door patch up, curtain rail, wardrobe roller door and toilet seat fix

I had an external draught stop on my front door which has come off. I need a new one (or the old one re-fixed), or just patched up - see the photo attached. I also need a curtain rail and curtains put up (I have existing holes where they were). I have a squeaky roller wardrobe door that may need re-fixing, and my toilet seat is loose. Keen to get all of these things fixed.
