Replacing 1 x hinge on deck gate and re-affixing deck gate to concrete wall

Replacing 1 x plastic hinge on a wooden deck gate and re-affixing 2 x hinges onto the concrete wall . The top hinge on the gate has come loose from the wall and the 2nd hinge at the bottom of the gate has snapped/broken, most likely as a result of the weight from when the top hinge became detached. As per the photos enclosed.
