We have an area that has been gibbed and plastered but the plaster needs sanding for painting. We will hire a sander with a vacuum bag. Help with moving a kitchen cabinet, help install a rangehood, and moving a few pieces of furniture. Help with assembling a couple of kitset cupboards, and installing a couple of premade wardrobe organisers. Timeframe would be next week.
