Multiple Repairs

We have a property in Glendene requiring some repairs (end of tenancy). Would it be possible to provide an itemised quote for the issues below: (i) Wall repair: - Damaged area is approx 430mm W x 500mm H (ii) Shower rail: - It seems the top clip of the shower rail has broken (iii) Chipped skirting: - The chipped area showing bare timber needs to be repainted. (iv) Clogged gutters: - Guttering above the decking area needs to be cleared (v) Replace doorstop in bedroom 1 Please find the attached photos for more information.
