Measure, purchase and hang curtains

I’d like someone to contact the tenants, arrange a time to measure the crust as needed. Purchase curtains from Spotlight, and hang them. I need curtains in the main lounge and one bedroom. We dont need quality curtains. Just something that has a blackout lining and is on sale.
