Basic maintenance

We have multiple properties in Auckland city centre that regularly require small repairs such as a fixing loose door handles etc; We need a good all rounder who can handle most types of repairs. Must be able to attend to the job within 48 hours of notification. Our current job is a loose toilet seat, a slow draining sink and a broken dishwasher handle. Please specify your hourly rate.
