Shelves to laundry installed

I would like 3 shelves installed into my laundry as per picture below. Shelves length to be around 650mm by 300/350mm but open to suggestion due to standard sizing. Should be a pretty easy task but dont have the tools and live in an apartment so limited option to store anything. As you can see from the picture they are needed and gives you an idea of what is required. please provide price quote to include the materials. Don't mind what type but please advise what you would be using. Thanks Greg
