Several verticals (circa 12mm sq) of mild railing need replacing & welding in to the support flats at base (circa 20mm x 6mm section) and upper section. Mild steel with a cold galv finish post works is OK. Typical 100x50 timber handrail at top with inset top plate 20x6. Safety severely compromised in meantime.
