Edging around gardens and erecting a clothesline.

Replace current edging around two garden areas. The edging has rusted. I need advice about what would be suitable and someone to do the job. A rotary clothesline needs putting up again. The galvanised steel pole rusted through so needs cutting off at ground level and a new one put in at the end of the concrete path. I want the work done in the next month.
