Replace failed electrical wall switches (a few), snapped plastic window latches on aluminium joinery (about 8) and one broken window mounting/hinge; remove and replace burnt out light bulbs that won't unscrew by hand (about 8) - a couple may need the housing replaced as well; adjust hinges or latches of 2 outside wooden gates; reglue one downpipe to gutter. Preferably 10th/11th July.
