Loose toilet seat

Hi. The toilet seat has come loose (at a tenanted property) and we need it to be fixed, either tightened up, screw replaced or toilet seat replaced (although preferably not as it's not that old). You would need to liaise with our tenant directly to arrange an appointment time and arrange payment directly with me. PS: I am based in Australia, & have posted my Aussie mobile number in the job ad, if you want to contact me. I also have a rangehood that might need replacing.
