Replace window stay and put a bolt on an outside gate

I need a window stay to be replaced so that the laundry window can be closed. I also need a bolt to be put on an outside gate as the gate keeps slamming open and shut. It needs to be made of some sort of weather proof material so that it does not rust. I need it to be done within a reasonable timeframe.
