Installing a dog door through the wall

I have a through wall dog door that I purchased overseas but I need someone to install it for me. It is a through the wall model and the brad is Hale. There a full instructions and videos that came with the door and it is a double flap model. I have attached photos showing the desired location and the door itself. The tunnel will need to be cut to fit and there is also carpet to cover the inside of the tunnel. Flashing provided. There are two potential locations so I would like to meet the tradesman and get a quote then approve the job. I estimate around 2-3 hours work.
