Customize scooter/bicycle for delivery

We need a handyman to customize a 50cc V Moto scooter and push bike for pizza delivery. Both need to be able to hold in excess of 6 large pizzas (each pizza box is 460mm x 460mm). The job would entail finding the appropriate compartment (most likely strong plastic or metal) and securing it to the scooter and bike for transport in the Auckland CBD area. If all goes well there will be more work to follow... thanks. Attached are photos of our V Moto model and bikes in New York City that use a front basket for pizza delivery.
