Handyman for property managment company

We are a property management company and cover the greater Auckland area. We are looking for a handyman to carry out small - medium maintenance jobs at residential rental properties. We would accept applications from trades people who cover the greater Auckland area or who only cover particular parts of Auckland ie: South, East, West, Central. Must have good communication skills in dealing with tenants and property managers. Must be able to submit invoices quickly for processing. Being able to use computer software would be a bonus.
