Handy man needed!

I need a handy man for several small jobs in an apartment. These include: - remounting a dryer to the wall. It has fallen off somehow and needs to go back up on the existing bracket. - fixing a slightly running tap on the kitchen sink - screwing the hinges back in on a couple of kitchen cabinets. - possibly coming up with a quick fix for a panel below the sink in the bathroom that has puffed up from water (not sure how to describe this - it's a couple of cms square - maybe plane or sand it down and seal it?
