General handyman work

Hi, We need the following work done: 1. Insall smoke alarm 2. Install recirculating rangehood. I already have purchased. It does not need ducting. 3. Apply silicone gel in the shower area. I already have silicone gel. 4. Replace a couple of internal door locks 5. Apply builder's bog to a small area of rotten timber. About 15 cm x 15 cm 6. Shower is draining slowly...possibly leaking. Thanks. We would like it done as soon as possible. This weekend would be great.
