John is amazing. So fast to communicate, quote for the job and once the job was awarded he completed it very promptly, always keeping me informed about the progress as I live out of town. The job consisted of various tasks (remove a carport, remove lots of concrete, remove a shed etc) all of which he could do. I highly recommend him, he is multi talented and an excellent person to use for most tasks.
