Cat Door Installation

I am getting the keys to my new rental accommodation tomorrow and moving on Saturday --- . I need the bottom glass panel of the existing back door removed and replaced with a another piece of glass with the cat door installed. If/when I leave the rental property in future, this process needs to be reversed. I do not currently have the dimensions of the door panel and cat door available and would appreciate a technician coming out to do the measurements.
