We have at least 2 x back bedroom timber windows that are virtually impossible to shut/open without 2 people - hubby says new arms required? They need looking at for repairs asap. I currently have someone staying in the house until 22 May - might work between npow & then or preferably from 23May onwards for site visit/asap.
