Replace two windows and frames

We have two wooden window frames next to each other on one wall of our house, each containing one awning-hung casement window and one fixed window. The frames have previously been replaced as a single unit, together with some of the surrounding weatherboards, although they open on to two adjoining rooms, and we need the entire section taken out and replaced. We'd be interested in getting double-glazed units to replace them, too. Given the windows face on to the prevailing wind on our section, and open onto bedrooms, we'd be keen to get this done sooner rather than later to avoid winter blowing in, but we don't have any fixed deadlines.
