Rot in the frame of one of the sash windows , need someone to quote to repair the window frame if minor or replace the window frame if rot found to be more significant. Also need someone to quote to re putty some windows including a largish picture window. Work Monday to Friday so appreciate 24 hour notice of any site visits to scope the job.
