Job description
Fix or replace? Is it feasible to 1 replace the battens holding the glass in. And 2 keep the existing glass. Paint is peeling. Water is coming through.when it rains Door is deteriorating. No timeframe. This is a conservatory on top of a garage. One side faces over the garage. The other opens onto a deck. Access is through the house

The work was completed well. There was extra work needed which was also done (as the builder discovered rot). Plus we changed our plans and Tim accommodated this too.
