Lots of little jobs

I have a lot of small jobs that need doing in my apartment. A very long ladder will be required as the ceilings are very high. Kitchen: fix falling-off cabinet doors - may need to replace hinges; Hallway: Hang large artwork on high wall; Spare room: replace window fitting so it can be easily opened and closed from ground (window is about 5 metres up). Bathroom: repair minor damage to paint and plaster. Fit shower curtain rail. Replace existing heated towel rail. Assess whether clothes dryer can be hung from wall and if so, hang it. Put up shelf.
