Kittchen Window Replacement

An exisiting kitchen bay style window in rimu and cedar has started to rot out. A new custom built double glazed window is required to be built and installed. Any rot below the window in outside wall will need to be dealt with and the rebuilt wall will need to be insulated. The window is above a kitchen bench which has at some stage been extended outside the previous external wall. There are electrical outlets in wall directly below window and light fitting built into rimu trim above window (but not in window). An electrician is in residence so no electrical work required. I'm happy for people to view before quoting. Job is to build and install window and deal with any work required to fix internal water damage. Prefer master builder qualifications. References must be available. Work is to be guaranteed.
