Window won't close
Job description
Timber window won't close, it catches on the window ledge on the bottom inside near the hinge. The bottom hinge is rusted, I have tried removing it, but unsuccessfully. It is on the south side of the house in the bedroom, so I need to get fixed urgently before the rain comes in again. Also have second wooden window that won't open, not so urgent.
