Broken window pane and possibly frame

Location of the flat where work needs to be done: 39 Sutherland Road, Melrose, Wellington 6023 (upstairs flat). If outside access needed then ladders or scaffolding would be required. Ideally job could be done from the inside only to reduce cost. The primary job I am looking for a quote for is one broken window which is a bifolding wooden framed window on runners/sliders. One of the panes broke in high winds and the frame itself may need replacement or repair. A secondary job is for the replacement (due to age, wear and tear) of all the runners/sliders for that sun room. May we please have two separate quotes for these jobs? Possible to take you to the property for an in-person inspection for a free quote with enough notice given to tenants. My availability is: Tuesdays between 1pm-5pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-3pm, or in the weekend.
