Repairs to Sash Windows

We have 8 double hung sash windows with the top sash screwed in place i.e. not sliding which require repairs as below. The front room described first and with photo attached requires the most repairs and I'm happy to provide further photos or arrange a time for a visit to inspect the windows. Front room x 3 windows (photo attached) - Re-glaze top sash x 3 - Re-putty lower sash x 3 - Replace horizontal glazing bars top sash x 3 - New security stops Bedroom x 1 window - Re-putty top and bottom sash x 1 Living room x 2 windows - Re-putty top and bottom sash x 2 Kitchen x 1 window - Re-putty top and bottom sash x 1 Bathroom x 1 window - Re-putty top and bottom sash x 1 - Re-glue damaged joint in corner of bottom sash Thanks Emma
