Double Glazing

I want to double glaze bedroom windows to prevent condensation. The house is about 50 years old and has wooden windows, each room has window about 2x1.5m plus three about 65cmx40cm. The windows are held in by triangular wood about 1cm wide that would probably need to be replaced with something smaller as the double glazed windows will be thicker. I can do any necessary painting. There's three bedrooms to be done at the size above. Depending on the cost I may also do the slightly larger lounge window, and some smaller office windows.
