Dog door installation

I would like a dog door to be installed into our back glass door. It is single glazed and has 4 panes of glass with a wooden frame. There is currently a cat door installed which will need to be removed to replace with the dog door. Ideally I would like you to supply the dog door too please - for a medium size dog with an option to lock it/only open for our dog.
