Replace window with ranch slider and install outside trelis fence.
Job description
I'd like to have a 179cm wide window replaced with a same width ranch slider (or alternative glass 'door/s' if cheaper) to allow access outside to deck. Then a trelis fence from the house to the deck (approx 2.5m) is required to create a more private deck space, but this may have to be listed as a separate job! I understand that planning permission is not required provided the ranch slider/door is no wider than the existing window.
