Replace window

I have a double glazed window (second hand) which I wish to use to replace the current casement windows in my kitchen. The replacement window is slightly wider than the existing window. The height is a bit lower. This should be relatively simple for an experienced builder to fit. However, two people will be needed to lift the new window into place. Access is good as I can provide some painters brackets but the builder will need to provide a plank and 4X2 as a safety brace.
