We need a cat flap installed in our kitchen door and have purchased a flap which can extend to 40mm. (See pictures) The door is tongue and groove, with a thin blackboard on the inside, the total thickness of which is 50mm, and we're unable to find another flap which can go to 50mm. Recess the flap? Only use one side of flap? Perhaps just longer screws? Any solutions and quotes gratefully received.

Hayden did a great job, installing our catflap, and also sorting out another problem with our front door on the spot. We were very happy with his work and would use him again.
