Replacing existing metal balustrades (level 1 balcony) with an aluminium / Glass

Our existing deck hand-rails in the balcony don't have enough height (built during 1970s). So we would like to replace it with a more suitable balustrade. I have attached the dimensions and photos for your reference. I would like to get a rough estimate for installing hand-rails / balustrade with Aluminium / Glass.
