1 big 3 high windows need replacing

We want to replace some old timber frame windows with newer double glazed windows. Possibly even some 'smart windows' (those that get dark on demand). One of the windows is a 198x96cm window where half of it should have a slideable opening. The other three windows are a bit higher (but can be easily accessed from the roof) and a bit smaller, 130x84. Only one of them needs to be openable, the other two don't. Job should be done within the next month if possible.

Great service, good communication, job was done fast. Workmanship was ok I guess, there was a bit less done than what we hoped (we had to paint over some of the installed parts), but it's also not unexpected.
