Fix the bifold door locks
Job description
Hi, I have four bifold doors and two of them don't release the locking pins so we can't open them.. Summer is coming so I will get into trouble if I don't get them fixed! Also would like to fit a small return stop to each of them so the little handle that unlocks the pins doesn't continue to mark the opposite door when they are opened!

Did the work, but didn't tidy up and we have small children. Didn't quote for the work although we were happy to just get it done, we were surprised at the amount charged. Communication with owner was good but the guy doing the work didn't seem to communicate at all and seemed a bit grumpy on occasion

"As this job only required the new locks to be retro fitted and no new real holes drilled we were surprised with the comment about the mess.
We got the hardware that the customer wanted; this was a special order not a stock standard part.
We do apologise if our employee did not communicate freely - he is very good at his job and quick - but a man of few words.
We thank you for your comments - our aim is to get it right 100% however that does not always happen and we appreciate customer feedback..
We also did come back at the customers request to have a look at a lock to fix before the bill was to be paid. Upon arriving at site this lock problem was not part of the original job however this was fixed free of charge."
