Glass Shower Doors

I have a glass shower box and the shower door is letting water out from the bottom. I have tried to change the seals all around it but it looks like the door itself has not been cut straight and so the bottom seal doesnt really work unless you modify/cut the seal. I need someone to have a look and see if it is possible to re-cut the exisiting glass so its straight.
