Glass splash back install

Hi , I need a new glass splash back installed over our stovetop. There is a small gap in the gib where the old rangehood was (rangehood now replaced). The splash back seems to cover this gap so I don’t think it needs gib repair but will take advice. There previously wasn’t a splash back installed. Due to work commitments we would like this installed on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, wed or Friday from 4pm. Thanks Cushla
