Window Repairs

Lack of maintenance on a few aluminum windows has resulted in the hinges/windows becoming unmovable on around half a dozen windows. The windows either don't open at all, or only a few cms. Basically it looks like the rivets have become corroded on the hinges from lack of use/maintenance. A few attempts to open some of the windows have been made, but this has resulted in the rivets snapping and the window "hanging" if opened. So basically i think the hinge rivets just need replacing, but i'm not an expert and could be wrong. I'm just looking for quotes at the moment, with no start date determined as yet. It could be as early as Friday or weekend start (if possible), or a month or so down the track. The house is in a state of disrepair, so be prepared to see a run down/rental type property. There's a possibility of other window fixes required too. IE; rubber seals, and one broken window.
