Replace Metal Window Catch

I have metal framed windows (Fairview manufactured). The previous house owner wrenched a catch off the frame and repaired it using screws left over from building the Titanic. I have purchased the correct replacement handle (Yale), including the screws, but the screw holes in the frame are now too large for the replacement handle screws. Any help would be gratefully received.
