install a cat door

need a microchip cat door through wall - have already had glass people look at windows, no way of doing it there - only possibility is through a wall beside front door, or though concrete wall on the other side of the house which I assume will be too difficult. I have put 2 photos of where it should go - the wall beside our entrance which will go through to the space under the built in desk in the study - not sure if it helps!
